維拉今季戰績差劣，入球能力低，而且已經踏入了降班旋渦之中，會方亦把領隊保羅林拔解僱。
一位名叫祖迪(Jude Branson)的6歲維拉小球迷，早前便去信車路士領隊摩連奴，希望摩連奴能夠帶同迪亞高哥斯達，一同來到維拉，因為維拉需要他們的幫助。

不久，祖迪的父親菲臘收到摩連奴的回信。摩連奴沒有回應，卻在回信中附上了一幅簽名相。菲臘表示這證明了祖迪的信件給看過，相信足夠讓祖迪喜出望外。
