名宿: 摩連奴一定會守!

名宿Matt Le Tissier於天空體育撰文表示，摩連奴理應很樂意在星期日的打比戰中穩守曼城的強攻。 本季第一次的曼徹斯特打比將在本週日進行，排二位的曼聯現正以八分落後於他們的鄰居。
儘管很多球迷希望看到曼聯與曼城大打進攻足球，但是為了給自己一個贏得冠軍機會，Matt Le Tissier認為摩連奴不會愚蠢地向曼城對攻，因為盲目的進攻只會為曼聯的防線帶來不必要的漏洞，曼城亦能更有效地發揮他們的多方面的進攻。

Matt Le Tissier亦認為伊巴很有機會會取代盧卡古成為這場比賽的正選，因為伊巴在上一個賽季曾經在主場射入曼城，而伊巴已經休息了幾場，很大機會是為這場比賽义電。而對於盧卡古，雖然他在上場歐聯取得了入球但是該名身價近7500萬英鎊的射手在造幾個星期表現都未如人意，所以實在有需要讓他休息。

而這場比賽最可惜的莫過於普巴的停賽。該名法國國腳是Matt Le Tissier認為曼聯最重要的球員，可惜他上場比賽的行為已經辜負了球迷們，並將成為摩連奴的最大煩惱。 Matt Le Tissier說：「普巴在上個賽季因為背負著身價最高的標籤導他的壓力過大，不過經過了一季的適應，普巴已經重新步入軌道。我希望他能夠在本賽季踢更多的球，因為這樣有助他的成長。 」
