Josh McEachran admits he's still adjusting to life as a senior player at Chelsea.
The teenage midfielder is part of Chelsea's tour squad in Malaysia at the moment.
He told chelseafc.com: "I still find myself standing back and watching in training, I like to watch people in my position a lot, and see how JT behaves because he is the captain. Lampard and Essien, although he isn't here, are great role models to see how they behave on the pitch.
"Training out here has been hard because of the heat and it's hard to get used to, you really feel the difference from home but with Andre Villas-Boas coming in it has been with a lot of ballwork and high intensity, which is hard but always very enjoyable."
