『俄國快翼』九成離隊

CHELSEA star Yuri Zhirkov yesterday made clear he is ready to leave Stamford Bridge.
The Russia international winger, 27, is determined to return home after a frustrating two years in West London.

And he revealed: "Unfortunately at Chelsea I hardly had any proper match practice last season.

"I want to play, not sit on the bench."

Zhirkov moved to Chelsea for £18million in the summer of 2009 from CSKA Moscow - in a move driven by Blues' billionaire owner Roman Abramovich.

But last term he was used in only 22 games, mostly as a late sub.

He added: "I don't want to discuss now any particular offers or possibilities.

"I'm still a Chelsea player. I only began thinking of my possible return to Russia as I want to play."

Reports in Russia are linking him to moves back to CSKA, or arch-rivals Spartak Moscow.
