建於義大利的全球首個VAR訓練中心？

全球首個視頻助理裁判(VAR)訓練基地正式建立！此基地位於佛羅倫斯的Coverciano，用於訓練裁判使用這種新技術。而附近的義大利國家隊訓練場同樣會實施這種技術。由明年1月2號開始，基地將容許世界各地的球證(包括義大利球證)來到這裏學習使用VAR，以為日後在各大比賽使用這技術。

為了實施這個計劃，目前義大利足協已和英國公司「鷹眼系統」合作，這公司已向意甲、德甲、英超等賽事提供VAR技術，將會提供各類裝備拱VAR訓練班使用。

此VAR訓練基地由前義大利裁判羅貝托·羅塞蒂(Roberto Rosetti)管理。該球證曾先後執法義甲、歐聯、歐國盃、世界盃等大型賽事。而自此方案成立以來羅塞蒂便一直開發此技術，亦被國際足協選為各國際大賽的VAR項目負責人。
監於VAR訓練基地的成立，將促進各大聯賽及國際賽實施VAR技術，要知道此時西甲和法甲仍未引入此技術。相信當此技術普及化後「鬼球」出現的情況將會減少。
